Design thinking can make a difference in many aspects of our lives. More than 20 years ago I  first learned how the built environment can have an enormous influence on human social behavior. 

Therefore the designer bears great responsibility to create well-functioning, socially and environmentally considerate spaces within the client's budgetary and organizational constraints.

Really understanding a client and occupants culture and needs as well as project location is the prerequisite for well-designed interiors.
